Return/Exchange:

  • I am unable to create return/exchange request?

    JewellersParadise Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Myntra.com within 14 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your JewellersParadise cashback account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock and also the pincode should have exchange facility.

  • My return pick up is delayed?

    We will pick up the return within 72 hours of your placing the request if your area is serviced by JewellersParadise Logistics. In case your area is served by one of our other logistic partners, it can take up to 7 days for the pickup. In case your pick up is delayed, please let us know through the Send Email option below

  • My return was picked up but I haven’t received my refund yet?

    We take up to 24 hours to process the refund if the item was picked by JewellersParadise Logistics or 7 days if it was picked by one of our logistics partners. In case it is taking longer, please let us know through the Send Query option below.

  • My order failed at payment but amount got debited?

    If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

    We take 1 business day to initiate a NEFT transfer or 7 to 10 business days if it is an online refund AFTER the returned item has reached us.

    In case it is beyond the above, please send us a screenshot of your bank statement from the day the order was placed and we will expedite the refund. (NEFT - 1 Business day. Online Refund 7-10 Business days once the request is processed)
